Renditions are nice, Real thing much better

I am new to this forum, but feel like I have been here all my life. I moved to Calgary to capitalize on economic boom, which now is bust, however life continues on and so does the construction of the Bow here in Downtown Calgary Alberta Canada.

I have taken many pics, have particpated in many aspects of construction, however my expertise, I suppose, would be in glazing/building envelopes, not limited to just that though.

Well I suppose that is the case almost everywhere as the economy is flatting out and heading for the depression which is inevitable.

Hopefully, CLG will do a better deal on this and keeps job market up & running as off course the demand for energy will always be there and so you can capitalize on next boom. Maybe if you would have bought loads of gold and silver when POG and POS were lower, you would have now be a much happier person

But supposedly you are happy person anyway. Don't worry, this too shall pass.

OMG... Ukraine, you are not kidding, aren't you? I do believe what you say. Gosh...but that is just so boring ... I really thought there 'd be some 15 floors (at least to say) yet to go.

I am so disappointed, that is just not such a tall building at all then.

Great pictures! If you look on skyscraperpage, this project is supposed to be 236 meters/774 feet. I am pretty sure that's right, as that's where the main Calgary updates are.

So the safety harnasses are attached to that black wire behind them? How much weight can that wire withstand?

Hope you and Obama stay where you are. Canada is too advanced for your main guy.
Funny, because some 20 years ago Canada was behind. Now it is richer, better organised, more socially equal, better educated, etc... How things change...

And the Bow is just a beauty. So glad it is nearing completion. It will be the beacon for Calgary. Congratulations!!!
