TroyBoy, as far as I know, there has only been one accident where time was lost on the job due to injury - at least that is what's posted the last time we got to see the project sign.

very nice tower, i never knew that it was supposed to look like a flower from the top. its a shame about their labor controversy nonsense though.

its because, Burj Dubai is close to the photographer than SZR towers. Rose Rotana (extreme right U/C) is actually still slightly taller than Burj Dubai U/C.

The towers that "looks" like they are in front of BD, ARE in fact in front of BD. They are Burj Dubai Residences (will be 18 in total) and are NOT part of the Shaikh Zayed Road skyline, rather far from it.

I know they are in front of it, but Shaikh Zayed Road skyline is behind it.

amazing! Maybe this tower is better without facade then with facade. Now it is a concrete monster, finished it will be a shiny diamond.

OMG so tall loved the ISLAMIC design to it.. hehe i just dont get the levels.. hmm it's like the sears tower only it's a cube one rising in diff levels..
LOVELY cant wait to see it finish.. woahh There really work it fast!!! omg!!
