That Putuo development is everything that is wrong with new developments in China. It looks like something in Beijing, definately doesn't belong in Shanghai. Lifeless, sterile, useless squares and greenspace, set way far away from the road, will probably be filled with fast food and chain restaurants. Hopefully it will never get built.

Construction pictures of the new Shiliupu Wharf at the bund area. The Shiliupu renovation project will transform one of the city's oldest wharf areas into a promenade with restaurants and shops.

This stuff by the wharf looks nice. Its like the main hall at the expo, but this time it is a perminant structure.

In the first tower's render it looks as if this will be the last tower to be built in the old shipyard site. I hope they change that...

I really do hope that Lujiazui would look like the render in the first pic, looks neat and tidy. Hopfully the extention will be full of boxes

Phase 3 of the shipyard plans hasn't been planned yet as far as I know.

I know, first i was thinking about adding all buildings, both lower UC/pro buildings and completed, but the map gets very messy, so i only included the 'important' and taller buildings.
