This has got to be one of the greatest spots in the Marina, right in the middle. Will be interested to see the prices at launch.

Sleek looking towers, location is fantastic.
Will be a hotel with 2 connecting residential towers then. I wonder which hotel chain this could be? Apparently a 5 * famous international chain. |

Have to give Dubai Select credit all their developments in the marina are in a fantastic spot. Even though something might be built in front of the Torch people still should get very decent views of the marina from it.
With the 15 yr payment plan expect this to sell out pretty fast. |
