That was supposed to be a new tower. But then something happened and the owner decided to cancel the project.
Too bad the banner is sitting there doing nothing. I really think it would have looked awesome! If I remember correctly, it would have been 50f. Which isn't what you call short...

The pyramid is postoned/cancelled indefinetly. The sign has been up there for more than 3 years without progress.

The owner did not like the design and it was put on hold since the last 2-3 years. Maybe in the future.
