From Mexico, we have more charters flghts than commercial flights. The cities are...
Mexico City to:
Madrid
Paris
London
Frankfurt
Amsterdam

Monterrey to:
Madrid

Tijuana to:
Tokyo (November 17th)

Cities like Cancun, Acapulco, sometimes Merida or Puerto Vallarta has fligths by charters. And Guadalajara just carries by Cargolux and AirFrance Cargo.

I think from Germany you can fly to every city with a major airport inclduing locations such as the maledives, seychelles, cuba.

My sources are Milan airports and Rome airports websites.

Cartagena,Panama city,Rangoon,Santo Domingo and Zanzibar are all regular charter flights.
I included also some charter flights because is possible to buy only the ticket.

Cincinnati is a seasonal service operated every year by Delta from Rome besides the annual services to New York and Atlanta.

Ulan Bator is operated by Miat - Mongolian Airlines from Milan http://www.miat.com/

You can include also some regular charter flights if companies allow the purchase of the ticket only.
