I'm loving all these examples. Art Deco is a great style.

The pool right next to my former apartment also has a lovely Art Deco interior. I love swimming here.

Chicago - Palmolive Building (Holabird & Root, 1929). Playboy occupied this building from 1965 - 1989.

Without question, one of the greatest buildings ever constructed by the hand of man. Probably my favorite building in Los Angeles as it is the pinnacle of Los Angeles rich history of art deco buildings. It's just beautiful. Truly beautiful. They really don't make them like this anymore. Majestic, marvelous, powerful, luxurious, stunning, emphatic, graceful.

Fair Park in Dallas is 277 acres, it home to the largest collection of Art Deco buildings in the world. Yep, even the Cotton Bowl Stadium is art deco. It's also home to the State Fair of Texas the largest fair in America. The Largest Ferris wheel in North America is located there too. Fair Park has museums, a stadium, a music hall, a amphitheater, a band shell, and a lagoon. The area was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
