CALGARY: ArriVa (128 m/418 ft)

This thread focuses mainly on Arriva Tower 1 as it is the only one under construction at this time.

Basic Facts

Height - 128 m 418 ft
35 Floors
BKDI Architects
Alberta's tallest Residential tower upon completion

Tower and Suite Overview

The architects of arriVa masterfully struck a balance between historic and contemporary. The base of the arriVa residential skyscrapers will feature brick and sandstone shops and street level town homes.
The three glass and concrete arriVa towers will be the perfect contemporary accent to a newly defined Calgary skyline. The towers will signify a magnificent celebration of past and future in our city.

The first 34-storey tower will have 162 spacious suites ranging from 830 to 2800 square feet. The top four or five levels will feature premium style homes and the top two floors offer a unique penthouse opportunity.

Inside the lobby of arriVa, residents will be greeted by luxury and style unlike anything witnessed in Calgary. The 20-foot windows draw the outdoors in to a magnificent space filled with beauty and elegance. The lobby’s soaring ceiling, designer European sectional, and pendant lighting work together with rich beige and cream colours and bold red accents.

Is it true that one of the Ariva towers will be office space? And when will the two taller towers get under way?

I believe that all the 3 towers are residential only. As far as the other towers go, they are proposed and not under construction. Here's another render showing all buildings. (The tall tower that is faded probably won't be built)
