I Passed by yesterday. and I'm pretty sure the towers are Topped-out !

Yes indeed, Etihad Towers are online for completion Q1st 2011. Will be managed by Aswaq.

too bad another two towers will rise between Etihad towers and Khaldia palace it will disturb the proportion . each tower has a unique disign and different concept , it would be better if they follow same concept

Yes I trully agree.

although Bab Al-Qasr tower will complement Emirates Palace i think, but it will overshadows Etihad Tower.

Plus, I really don't understand why they are building so many towers there in the first place, wouldn't that be a security issue to Emirates Palace and presidential Palace in the future.
