I think Gehry is just covering for Ratner. This tower looks awesome, but it could've been even better.

I really like that building, but to be honest, Gehry's designs are much more beautiful in low rise buildings.

Indeed, I think Gehry's design looks more "effective" when it comes to shape low-rise buildings.

That said I really like the project.

This tower is awe striking in person. A german tourist who was righ beside me watching the wavy side of the tower couldnt resist to say "incredible!" in the most noisy manner. It's really impressive...

I don't get why not all the sides of the tower look so cool like that one curly side.
