A final design is not as far as I know. The first two suck donkey balls. I'm down from heights and all I just hope we do not get stuck with an eyesore, but I feel good that we got. Eitherway someone said earlier it would judge the new World Trade Center towers. I kinda feel the same way.

the phrase "work of art" best describes this tower. a phrase that has no doubt been used many times here. its just about as perfect as you can get. love it.

@ Towersnyc, the tallest building in LM is still 40 wall street ( trump tower ), the beekman just appears taller, because it has a higher roofheight.

70 Pine Street is the tallest building in Lower Manhattan.

American Intl is taller...and the beekmans roof isnt taller its closer in relation to where the photo was taken.

Beekman the third tallest in Lower Manhattan. 40 Wall Street has the tallest roof.
