the first photo posted by ZZII shows a side of the building with no pattern on it. Is there gonna be addition of concrete there later or is there supposed to be no pattern on that side?>

Nope that side is going to be flat and it is conveniently left out of the renders. Value engineering at work!

As per WNY, the facade started rising today.

In addition, here is a mock-up of the facade according to an article published in the NY Times.

Fantastic looking cladding. This tower is going to look stunning! I thought the renders looked great, but the real thing is going to blow them away.
