The tower has been delayed because there was over a month where they had to rework the union contracts, so we don't know. Depends how fast they move from here on out. We’ll see what they do next week. They still half the tower to go, it will probably get toped out by the end of the year.

Oh, yeah. This tower should be closer to being finished be then. I'm sure there will be plenty to see, don't worry. You'll have to take pics of the WTC site too, both 1WTC and 4WTC should be well above ground by then.
