Really disappointing Sydney will never allow them. Great boost to the skyline as well.

hey 235m isnt much below them. isnt the top 5m of Empire sq fin? or top beacon of 480 queen st arc feature? that means roof is240m. roof ogf vision -246m?
Sydney can have building 235m TO ROOF. then we can add fins or spire which can end up 250m-275m. have some faith . sydney may suprise you soon. afterall we have hardly any space left, so any new bldg will be tall.
but yes these designs coming up in brissy are excellent.
230m world tower is getting close

Out of interest check out how big the 'beacon' will be on 480 Queen compared to World Tower. That is one big light feature!

I don't think Vision will fall through. Emerald is the most likely to not go ahead.

yes this city will look awesome in a few years!

sydneysiders, dont fret too much, sydney is one of the most recognisable cities in the world built on one of the most beautiful land forms any city in the world would dream to have.

i wouldnt count on emerald going through. why doesnt emerald search for another block and plonck emerald on that. build a smaller tower on the existing site.

nothing... just stating Austcorp is far from bulletproof... I have heard that they are still trying to fund it... thats all.
