City-architects council approved it. Dates of construction are not known yet.

I do agree that it's something atlantic city or las vegas would built, but isn't that how hotels look?

I mean besides the beautiful neo-classical ones for downtown. For a provincial part of the city, surrounded with commieblocks of 1970's this is fairly alright.

Well, at least in America this is what hotels look like, today and not in 1970's. I'm not saying I love it, generally I would like everything non-classical to be taken down and never built. But that just won't ever happen.

I just don't like it, I think it's done in poor taste - especially those domes. I've seen worse, though.

In another thread there is a real lot of great apartment projects in Kyiv.

Building such hotel in the same city is like pissing on all those great projects :-(

Office/Hotel Complex: Kyiv

- 30 поверхів / 30 floors

- Частково офісна споруда (верхі поверхи), останнє готель на 3 зірки, 130 нумерів. Підзнемний паркінг на 240 авто. Площа комплексу: 10.000 кв/м

Partially office (top floors) and the rest a 3-star hotel for 130 rooms. Underground parking for 240 cars. Area of the complex: 10.000 sq/m
