here's what the skyline of Miami will look like in the feature. one bayfront is in the center (all of these buildings are u/c with the exception of the proposed emire world towers). posted by VisionMIA in the Florida section

wonderful pictures, they really make you see the future

to bad for the empire, that we still don't know if they are going to be built.

Finally a good looking skyscraper for Miami. Too many of Miami's recent highrises are just dull residential towers, with very few exceptions such as Espirito Santa Plaza.

For accuracy's sake it should be noted that quite a few of those projects are not currently under construction. Met 3, Libertad, MDC, Villa Magna and others exist simply on paper at this point. Some have a shot at happening, others are likely more far-fetched. One Bayfront Plaza is proposed for completion in 2014.

Hopefully it will happen. It would truly be a signature tower. In any regard, Miami's skyline has undergone (and continues to undergo) a very significant transformation...even if the above post wasn't entirely accurate.

This is the perfect choice for Miami! This building screams MIAMI!!!

I think the architect made the most excellent design for this.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed 100%. This design is very Miami with a more international look.

This is the first time I came across this thread and I must say this building looks absolutely incredible. The facade is very nice and the height is just great for Miami. Well done guys, you've deserved it.

Chicago is north of New York (chicago latitude ~41.8 N New York latitude ~40.4 N).

Hooray for Miami

I just have to repeat myself. This building is so fine, not only will be one of tallest in North America, but arguably the most beautiful ... Seattle, Denver, Houston, Nashville - weep! Miami will shine with Respendent Grandeur and take it's rightful place besides New York and Chicago!!!
