the layers of the building doesn't seem to blend together properly. but at the top part, the layers looks great.

White and green is quite an unusual color scheme and I like it. It's strange that this building looks so much like an office tower while it's residential ! Besides that, design is all good and goes "out of the box", if I could say, with those fins, the spire and all.
The glass seems to have great reflective qualities which is also cool. 8.5 |

word is that this tower could be 308m not 280m. Ive just scaled a photo and if the top of fin = 280m then the spire= 308m exactly.

and because of the reason it's a spire and not an antenna it does count to the structural height or?
