Hi everyone. Long time no see. I understand that Jakarta prepares for flood. Cant anyone tell the city planners and engineers to clean up all the small canals from rubish? That could help extremly much. Would look better too.

Although cleaning the garbage can help, but I dont think this is the solution for the whole problem.

Still, having wide and depp canal will be useless if it is flooded with garbage

It looks like the governor is spending more resources this year to clean up the city's streets as well as the canals. Last year there was a flurry to rid the canals of trash once the flooding started getting bad. Hopefully this year they'll do it before the canals get full.

Semua orang Indonesia di Malaysia membicarakan tentang BANJIR JAKARTA.... Katanya THAMRIN and SUDIRMAN dah dikerok tananhnya untuk buat saluran air bawah tanah, kok masih banjir juga??? Kantor-kantor di SUDIRMAN juga pada libur yach??

Last year there was a flurry to rid the canals of trash once the flooding started getting bad. Hopefully this year they'll do it before the canals get full.
