does ANYONE have photos of Lviv commieblocks and new hirises? Anyone? Thanks beforehand.

It's actually not a commieblock. That was short from my window, and we live near the old centre. It looks quite bad on that camera. Thank God I got a digital camera now.

It's not as bad as it looks. It's more of a brutalist building, actually. Still pretty ugly, but not commieblock.

Actually, alot has changed in that area. On the corner, they build a nice, modern pizzeria "New York Pizza", and a bit to the other side, a restaurant called "Potato House", also a nice building!

Oh, and you can't see it, but on the left side, behind that building ... right beside the tram, there's a really nice, old manor house / mansion. It's beautiful.

Reminds me Lviv I love. If I'm not mistaken, somewhere across the downtown from the hill, there is an old arsenal. Somehow slipped out from all the threads where Lviv has been mentioned.

The story of the arsenal is very sad. They stole or sold a majority of exhibitions to crooks, and in place left holograms
