8.5/10 I LOVE Portland, best city in the Pacific Northwest.

The river, the mountains, the environment, the way the skyline is situated in it all, I adore it. Portland is a city I wouldn't mind relocating to someday. (Much better than my former home in Klamath Falls, Oregon, HAHA)

6.5/10 - Portland's skyline has very little height and few buildings, but it has really high density relative to the amount and height of its buildings. The other two things I like: First, the architectural diversity. Second, I love how the streets downtown are lined with those lush trees. A lot of cities don't have that, either.

The skyline isnt very exciting, but the beautiful scenery of the city make up for it. I give the skyline a 6 by the way.

The skyline sucks, but the city and its outlying areas are very beautiful. So for that, I vote 8/10.

Portland is a lovely lovely city, on a scenic site and in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. On the street level the city is splendid. A very cool place, so many nice people.

But the skyline of the city always seemed underdeveloped to my eye. A height restriction has been in place for many years, and what I see as a lackluster skyline is a result of that. The individual buildings built from 1980 until now are mostly uninteresting. But when you're in Portland, the downtown area is a wonderful place to be on the street level

Skyline:7
City: 10
