8/10- although it doesn't have much of a skyline, it has great density, arquitecture and greeness.

very beautiful location and sorroundings, very clean and perfect functioning city.has nicest metro rails and the most parks in the country.the skyline isnt really much boring and no talls. but it has its charms such as china town for example. Though its not that big of a city its still large enough to live conveniently without dealing with out of control crime and traffic such as Miami, new york, Los angeles, and chicago.I gave portland a 10.

As others have said, the skyline is not much but the city itself is so nice that it deserves a 8/10 from me.

Pretty boxy, but I've always liked Portland, so I think I'll give it a 8/10

It's not the biggest but Portland is a very nice looking city with a very high standard of living, so I'll say 8/10 overall.

looks like a great downtown, could use a little bit more density and height, but good public spaces designed. it is pretty small though...6.5/10
