Poor cat, I hope it pulled through...evidently, it hadn't realized that the window sill was very slick...its plunge really is hilarious indeed .

Those pictures on page 1,107 by Londonmarcus are cool! I particularly like the first one, which if you look carefully, shows the scale between the Shard and the window cleaners!

Looks like they're starting to remove more of the old station roof around the base of the Shard. I guess they will widen the entrance that's been opened under the Shard, and then close the old entrance so that the remainder of the old roof can be removed.

Does anyone know what the large orange crane is in Canada Water area? Looks massive but I don't see what its doing?

They will just be hoisted down the tower shaft 1 by 1 as the boom is dismantled.
