I know I already expressed my disdain for this building but I just want to make one more comment. If the rods would have been a different color, maybe white or blue or something, I think it would look much better. To me, the coloring now just looks so drab. I will say that this is an interesting looking skyscraper, with a flat roof, curtain wall, and spire. It is unique in that sense, as far as I know. It would be cool to be able to see the trees on top from the ground.

um.... without imminent domain we would have a country full of private property owned by snotty people like you who wouldn’t allow progressive behaviors in development. an attitude like that causes billions in taxpayers dollars, especially for infrastructure projects which already cost billions in tax $. fyi the world's population will double in the next 50 years... do you suggest we protect everyone’s old property and keep building out, or conserve some land and BUILD UP??? just some food for thought

I love this building. It reminds me of some of the ultra-modern architecture seen in Hong Kong. I'm glad to see New York keeping up the tradition of adding new architecture to its history. The city is a veritable skyscraper museum!

Nice. I can't wait to see some trees and the "park" on top of the building. I wonder if they'll use nice large oak trees. That would be nice.

I think the stairs connecting the floors within the office setting is rather cool.

I should have said not to expect much, b/c the interior of most office buildings tend to be the same.
