I went to the Met today, up to the roof - could see the top/spire from the roof. Very Impressive! It stands by itself in the view I had, very cool - thanks to this forum I could point out to my friend this tower, the BoA tower, the Hearst Tower (good view of that too!)

In the 1st pic, was the building appearing with a greenish tinge due to time of day/light, or is that photo's hue for some reason?

to the crown it is 256m tall i believe, only the spire makes it 319m tall.

This tower does nothing for me. I mean, its just there. Looks like your typical NYC skycraper. It has no elegance, nor height to make it stand out.

But I guess for skyscraper lovers, any skyscraper is amazing.
