It is amazing how that sweet view down 42nd Street has changed over the past two years with Orion, NYTT, and BOA. And it will get even better in the future!!

The crown of this tower has turned out really unimpressive. From afar it looks like leftover scaffolding with some transparent material covering it. If only it looked like the renders! Or better yet, if only they used sheet glass for the crown section!

It's a shame really because Renzo Piano is one of my favourite architects ever...

I know this shot from Bluejake is from 5/25, but it's from such a rare angle, it just had to be shown, plus I was busy for the past week.

I still have to see it in person, but it kinda looks like a giant prison. Not what I expected. I will be moving to NYC this summer, and look forward to getting a firsthand view.
