Wow, almost £80 a week. More bogus rubbish qualification nonsense. More threats of disqualification if you actually walk in with your cv and offer your services (how dare you show initiative! Do you have NVQ level 2 in "showing initiative"?).

We should leave this to the market, it's not appropriate for public agencies to be faking opportunities that are actually nothing of the sort.
And, talking to myself a bit here, what does this mean: "You will be keeping the salon environment tidy...." What is the "salon environment"? Is it the salon? Or just the air within it? Or the surfaces but not the air? I mean, what a really unforgivably stupid thing to say when trying to attract a new employee.

And what does this mean: "You must also respond positively when asked to carry out any instruction"???? For a start, you don't "ask" someone to comply with an instruction, you instruct someone to do something. If you are instructing you aren't asking, are you? And what if the instruction is unreasonable, stupid (wouldn't be at all surprised judging by the stupid ad), or worse? What if the person was asked / instructed to eat up all the human hair on the floor? Is that required? Or would you need an NVQ in eating human hair first? Probably.
