Don't you think Liebeskind's is the most fantasist project of all?
I honestly doubt they can make that stand

I think it will be able to stand. Maybe if this was approved we would had seen a couple of redesignings, but it would had stand. But I don't really care since RMJM won

I remain skeptic. The Montparnasse Tower has also a neutral design and it doesn't change the fact many people consider it out of place. This tower may be less bland than Montparnasse, but it will be twice taller and closer to the city center.

RMJM - simple, yet elegant. I think that's the one, considering the historical centre close by.

I love this one too, perhaps too tall for St Petersburg, I don't know...I don't know that much about the city myself, but I think it is the best looking and most fluid proposal.
I think it would look better if it had blue tinted glass though.

they chose the best design but also the only one that can be built similar to what is designed on paper. all the others were very bad models of ideas not changed into real buildings, like sketches with floors added, which is very surprising for big firms, its like they made a joke out of the competition.

This is definitely a beautiful scraper, one of the best I've seen in a while.
But let's be realistic, no matter how good it is, it's just too tall and the change it brings to the area is too much

It is a beautiful design, as befits a beautiful city. Shame it will be built on a swamp....

I dont understand these buildings with holes through them. Isnt the price of constructing that astronomical compared to a regular skyscraper?
