Here's an extract from an article published on www.marketwatch.com today:

JP Morgan has begun looking for new tenants to occupy its existing City of London headquarters as it prepares its relocation to the former Lehman Brothers building in Canary Wharf.

The U.S. investment bank has instructed two property consultants DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield to sublet over 700,000 sq ft of office space at its City of London offices in Alban Gate and Aldermanbury Square.

JP Morgan still owns the Riverside South land--and has instructed CWG to continue building to street level--but has extended the development contract from 2013 to 2016.

The riverside path alongside riverside south opened up today...the first time we have been able to walk along the river for 4 and a half years! There may also be some more vantage points for interesting photos...

It seems to have gone the way of every other London scraper, find a tenant first and it gets built!

cyclists rejoice!!! No more attempting to skate up or down the stairs in my cleats! Just need the new lifts to be finished in the Greenwich foot tunnel....

What they have called '1 Bank Street' on the 3d map is 'Heron Quays West' right?
Beautiful building, 'Riverside South' and 'Heron Quays West' are my favourite out of the possiblities at CW.

I thought that it was 5 months to restart, but they were only building it to ground level. Unless I've missed something...

Careful, thats old news from Dec 2010 and not a confirmation that RSS will be built in its current form. You shouldnt bump old news like that
