Canary Wharf Group plc, the main operating subsidiary of Songbird Estates
plc, has today announced that it has entered into exclusive talks and
signed Heads of Terms with JPMorgan for the construction of a new European
headquarters.

The proposed headquarters building, to be located at Canary Riverside
South, will allow JPMorgan to consolidate employees in London from several
existing buildings and will provide accommodation for future growth.

Glad to learn this trumps One Canada Square, which has never really impressed me as an area-tallest, if only because Pelli clearly ran out of ideas when he got to the top.

1 Canada Square was originally planned to be 10 floors taller. Prince Charles had it cut down.

really like this building, especially how the towers aren't in line with each other.

Hating the beige+grey residential to the right of it though..

You wouldnt if you owned one, this decision probably means residential property prices just jumped 10% in the surrounding area, given the demand thousands of new workers looking for a place to live close to work in the wharf will have.

this look so usual.
like any other tower.
I don't know wtf is so BEAUTIFUL and SPECIAL on this buliding
anyway I like it.
It goes with other bulidings in London.
