This is a great project. The whole area is becoming hyper modern and neat! I love it! Something similar is missing here in Germany. Maybe because of the small average size of the cities. The only city that would be big enough - Berlin - is too poor!

Hum, Berlin is the poorest capital of Western Europe with 30% of the pop living from social welfare!

Technically it is U/C, piling has been going on for ages. It should be drawing to a close soon, ready for basement construction.

Awesome. One canada square won't be the tallest anymore How tall is one canada square again? 235m? At least it's not topping out anymore above all the other towers in canary wharf when this project is finished.

Correct. Piling has been going on for a while now, so I got the thread moved to this section.

it´s a litle bit boxy...! the design is not modern at all, just a classic and functional building for a city that don´t need to call the attention with crazy arquitecture.

Well yes, but its Canary Wharf...

It'll definately add to the density and create a new pinnacle for other developments around it.

Good to see them cracking away at this, the site is immense in scale. I can start to appreciate why they estimate it'll take them until the end of next of year before any real above ground construction.
