Congratulations Sevilla. I'd prefer one of other designs, because Pelli's tower is the most boring of them. The rendering which is shown in post #73 makes it clear that this tower is dominating the skyline without giving some quality to it. A missed opportunity.

Dear Arquitectónica, I'll miss you so much...

However, Pelli's one is not bad for a city that did not have a single building taller than 15 floors (I think).
Congratulations to the beautifull city of Seville and drink una caña for me!

I would have prefered the Arquitectonica design, but the Pelli tower is also nice.

shabby home-made montage showing how the building will look 3 years now.

with 180m it will be the tallest building in the town, of course.
