In addition to what Litain said Rahmani, there's also the Lebanese expats that are returning to Lebanon and spending money building the country again, and there is also the gulf countries that are spending many money in Lebanon

Wow! Beirut looks totally fantastic, I'd never expect it to be booming like this. Some of my Lebanese friends say that Beirut is doing well after now especially after the civil war of the eighties. I wish Beirut, and Lebanon as a whole, prosperity into the future! I love it!
