As usual cen, maybe this is a staged project.

Waktu awal2 diresmikan kalau gak salah Soetta juga cuman 1 terminal dan runway, baru beberapa thn kemudian terminal 2 diresmikan. CMIIW. Yang jelas lahan di Kuala Namu udah dipersiapkan sih, untuk pengembangannya.

bener, dont worry, masih cukup besar lahan nya. yang penting terminal nya dan runway jadi dulu, trus jalan tol nya juga dikebut. biar medan bisa bangun supertall

It´s quite characteristic for Indonesia that there´s a large-scale infrastructure project already under construction for some time, and the public still doesn´t know what it will look like.
No comprehensive project data, no explicit renderings, we are still left in the dark by AP II...

Its common, thats why i dont really believe what AP will show to the public about the design, it will change again even on the last minute.

better just wait and see what the design would be when the whole thing is finished

Since this country is FULL OF Risk-taker, speculator... the dirty ones. Exploiting govt project to public, may be bad in certain extent.

As usual, the land-price around the airport construction site will be increasing soon. It already did. I cant imagine, if govt released their masterplan including exact location to the public (before the govt buy the whole land including for connection road and highways).

yap, emang satu tipe. Tapi itu maket yang udah di scrapped alias udah ga dipake. Yang baru renderingnya ada di New Airport Rendering Thread. Bentuknya mirip sama Suvarnabbhumi
