Nice update. So with a height of 496m it has become the tallest structure in China, at least for this moment

from 496 m to 610 m ...its just spire...wounder = how they will install that long spire in that position..??

the crane will have to increase in height soon as its getting to low to bring up more mast.

Mar 15 from skyscrapers.cn on 454m TV tower the guy who took the pics said the present height is around 495, so CULWULLA got a very precise figure!

the pic taker said they still not sure whether the gravity ride will be fitted or not, but one thing for sure is that a kind of low speed sightseeing car will be installed on the top ring of the tower, the following pics show the base for fitting the its rail

Great updates. I am not that excited about the sight seeing cars. I would prefer to freely walk around on a large terrace rather sitting in a box.

u can still walk around and the place where the cars will be wouldnt be a place where we could walk anyways.

The cars arent really taking the place of anything else, its just an extra.

i think the idea of gravity ride maybe gone. the sightseeing car-ride looks safer alternative.
silent strike-yes the bend is now just a smaller diameter spire section.
