Peloso, I am pretty sure I am right in saying that the TV tower that this thread is discussing is indeed a hyperboloid structure. Those precise mathematical rules that apply to hyperboloids do indeed apply here to the Guangzhou TV and Sightseeing Tower.

You're right, anyway Kabuto has not said anything regarding hyperboloids, and the Shukov's towers are conical in appearance, so the only point in common, again, is that Kabuto no like because Kabuto no like no western and no pure capitalist tall towers.

I think you are refering to the opera house that is getting build adjacent to the tv tower. It is designed by Zaha Hadid . One of the most famous living architects today. According to many it will be the a jewel in the skyline of guangzhou. So yes it is permanent.

it is not the opera house ,that is the place for asian game opening ceremony
