The rooftop of the structure look tall, but looking at the tip of the spire is too tall, its where chicago spire will be.

What do you mean too tall? It's tall so it can spread TV/radio waves as far as possible. It's not just for looks.

Is that the cool ride you go on, it spins around at such a speed that the gravity keeps you nailed to the seat, making you basically sick at the end?? Maybe

Gravity machine is a pneumatic propulsion thrill ride that shoots riders up the towers mast. Riders ride on the "outside" of the mast with their feet dangling in the air! The Las Vegas Stratosphere Towerhas one of these rides.......veryvery exciting!
