ive worked out its gone up 15m since last photos which were 389m.
thus current height= 404m.
looks like you can see the core openings for the upper levels, 3 exposed and 2more in red coreframe, or up to 5th opening, thus vip restaurant level?

seems it rises 15m every 2 weeks, 40m left to go. thus 6 weeks? for topping out of concrete shaft? could be wrong

^i think he means what will it be used for.

All facilities include
1. A gravity machine at 500m
2. The world's tallest observation deck at 450m
3. 2000sqm double-floor and auto-circumvolving restaurants at 424m
4. Guangzhou TV signal boardcast station at 403m
5. A big garden with multi-levels stairs at 174m
6. A high tech stuff exhibitation room at 91m
