Section of the tower is elliptical, core being centered on one focus of the elllipse, major axis slightly changing all the way up (twisting).

Correct me if I'm wrong

There is a strange steel structure on the core. I think it has topped out.

yes could be. im not sure if thats it for concrete or they may be a smaller slab for the enormous antenna which will crown it.?
see pic i did last week. there still more concrete above 430m.

Maybe there are some huge steel beams to be cast in last concrete levels to support the antenna?

May be the core might jump for the last time. Aren't those steel beams on top reinforcement for the concrete?

fan bloody tastic. this tower is excellent.
already shiny and tubes havent yet been painted or polished or what ever they are doing to them.
i think its great how its located awaty from city in lowrise zone. makes it standout more.

I think thats the reinforcement for the concrete level above. Like when the core was at ground level we can see same thing:
