you sure its taken on the 6th? cos the external ribbings gotta be much nearer to the top of the core by now.

These pics are about a month old but just proves to show you can see the tower from over 16km away on a clear day!

Isn't the concrete structure topped out at where the top of the formwork is? then what are those vertical steel beams standing there unlike the rest of the concrete work and they're progressing visibly above the formwork. I'm very strongly thinking this is the rock bottom of the spire for its progress. Like in the photo below, the most bottom part of spire is very wide and its size matches the core comming up below it.



Or maybe they're not topped out but one more floor to go...

Not THAT far from the mega centre, bit further south and more west, closest to the Hanxi ChangLong subway station in Panyu

thicker than CN tower mate, and no need to worry one bit, those external ribbing outside the core are cross braced therefore giving the structure immense support and safety.
