yes its topped out 454m.now for the top 13 ob levels to build,which should take a while.
then the 150m antenna mast will go up.

Is it really completely "topped out" as far as the ribs go? I mean, isn't there a ring connecting the top missing?

Yes there should definately be some more 200m-300m pencil towers surrounding it.

no. that would ruin the whole idea f the tower. its a landmark and observation. having towers around it would ruin its effect and views. similar to what they have down to burj dubai and Empire state bldg. they keep tall bdgs away from it.
