it does look top heavy, but it has diagonal tubes hoilding up the tower (very strong support)

it's the best place to see the city, no doubt, but that barrier... it's very dangerous, they will have to change it or many people will die :S

I'm even more creeped out after seeing that barrier. Jeesh. Looks like you could trip going down the steps and roll right over the guardrail.
