Since i haven't follow that thread frequently i may don't know something, but isn't that tower too wide in the middle part compared to the renders? Was there any redesign?

the tower has an oval shape when looking from the top, so the middle section will look fatter or thinner from every different angle.

It seems you're right. I've find photo on witch it looks almost like on render, and i was thinking about angle earlier, but differences between angles gives really huge differences in look..

the spire in the real life is much wider than in any of the renders. The spire is perfect circle from bird eye view, therefore I'm not mistaken.
