HONOLULU | Keola La'i Tower | 415ft | 45 fl | T/O

Keola La'i Condominium located in the Honolulu neighborhood of Kaka'ako. Started construction in January 2006, expected completion date December 2007.

The building seems to have very low floor to ceiling heights.

It's been a while since my last update. I was at the top of the tower crane for another u/c highrise in town and managed to get these 2 pics of Keola La'a. As you can see, there has been significant progress in the last few months. about 5 more levels plus tower crowns to go!!

I think they poured level 41 today. That is the first level after the setback

One crane has been dismantled already! Up to level 42 now. Only level 43, roof, and roof crowns left to go!

Keola La'i Tower Update 08/27/07

Concrete work is done in the tower. Only steel work for tower roof crowns pending. Concrete work still being done in the podium.
