oh its built so that all wind goes through the mech floors so that there will be turbines in there that spin and create electricity? A bit like a windmill?

I dont see how else it can be a 'green' building.

oh yeah, you can see it start to curve at the top for the mech floor
im so excited, thisll be a great building. i also cant wait for the cladding to come up!

See the thing thatworries me is .The building will be surronded with lot of skyscrapers AND this expected wind will be blocked by all the surronding tall towers.

no, its got the axis where wind comes through. U can see in the models that this tower is spun a certain way. That is so that wind comes through the 'axis' where no buildings are, through to the turbines of the pearl tower

Just like beijing Guahgzhou does not have this vague skyline but instead each building has its own essence and its beauty .

IT is possible to top out this year, afterall it is a very very thin tower so it should not take much time to topout but i am skeptical about long would it take it to set in all those wind turbines that could take a while i guess
