It's a bit odd though that a building that is designed not to pollute the planet too much by its presence will be occupied by the China National Tobacco Corporation, so it was built by making money of people who happily pollute themselves.

So, I guess they become more up close and personal, aren't they? Instead of pollute the city, they leave that to the choice of each individual to decide what kind of the air they want to breathe.

Beautiful. This one looks similar to the Kingkey Finnance Center. It should be an absolute gem for Guangzhou in completion!
