This tower has a bit of a classic look. What is the caldding made of? I would like to see it in close up.

Guangzhou is creating a really classy skyline. For me Pearl River is a third masterwork after the IFC and Canton Tower. Some other near-great towers as well...not to mention another gem, Hadid's opera...all in all, really commendable.

People don't seem to want to give this tower the credit it deserves. It's a pioneer in energy-independent architecture.

That´s true, I´ve seen this amazing tower in Megastructures. One episode is about this tower. I recommend that, it´s really interesting
