The Aedus designed building is the first is a series of 'Pentominiums; that offer their inhabitants unprecedented luxury and privileges. The tower will be 516 meters high and will be located in the high rise paradise of Dubai Marina.

Although the tower is 120 floors high, it does not break any records for the total number of inhabitants. Every apartment consists of a complete floor of the building (more than 600 sq m). Plenty of rich and famous or drug dealers with money to launder. Anyway, Le Reve sold quite easily. Lots of money in Abu Dhabi, some locals may want a pad in Dubai Marina.

Plans for the world’s tallest residential tower - the Pentonium in Dubai - have been unveiled today.
