Didnt the architect say he wanted to create a village in a tower? Maybe thats what hes trying to do here. Good luck to him I say!

Although the tower design looks good to me, I too wonder about the location, Tyrol seems quite small. Therefore this tower seems out of place, but then again that is also an attractive feature of the design: the location.

If the tower is buit I would imagine it would become an instant landmark for the region, bound to be used in Sci-Fi films due to the design and background (The headquarters of the good duys say).
