21st Century Mansion has been restarted at last!! 200m~, 48f~
This project is located next to SWFC. It's been on hold for more than 5 years and the design has been improved to this:

very nice pic, and nice building, i feel pudong isnt very dense, and need more buildings. but shanghai goverment wont change the greenfield to skyscrapers.i hope we can demolish those commic blocks replaced of skyscrapers, though those commic blocks looks new.
PS,the red pudong is unbelievable.

From the construction photos, it looks like the atrium in the China Safe Finance building will go all the way up to the rotunda. If that's true, that'll be a really cool feature.

Too bad the building design is hideous.
Apparently it's supposed to make some kind of relation between the Lujiazui side and the Bund side of the river - to "connect them" architecturally.
What a horrible idea - sometimes I wonder what the city planners in Shanghai are thinking.
