Jasper Tower, nice cladding

Development Tower catching up with Jasper

Merryland Building, Shanghai's ugliest biggie to me

Btw, CMBC Tower is topped out already. They added a little crown to the structure, I'll post a pic if I find a good one. I think it has reached 200m.

Love it too! It looks like some city set in the distant future. Very much like the futuristic movies we see today.

Hopson International Tower cladding has started

Shanghai Meliá Hotel cladding is spreading fast too (at last). This project has been almost on hold for a year.

CMBC Tower looks huge here. Cladding should start soon

The core of Hopson International Tower has rised again. I think it might have topped out already. You can see the Global Financial Building rising in the middle too (at last!!)

Jasper cladding spreading very fast. Development Tower going taller and taller. CMBC cladding has started too, but it cannot be seen in these pics sorry

Merryland facade almost finished too.

Twin tower effect. See the fence in the middle? Shanghai Center should be built there one day (550m+). On the left you can see the cranes of 21st Century Mansion.

Speechless

Shanghai International Finance Center starts rising at last too

Not a very good shot, but we can check the progress of Hopson and Global Financial Building very well here

could someone tell me how much rent you have to pay per m² office space in the buildings here in the first row?

And how much is the m² office space in SWFC? Is there still room available?
